From tradition to innovation
With the founding of the food wholesale company Friscom in 1992, the growth of trade relationships based on quality-checked raw food materials began. Founding member and current senior manager Giovanni Inderst started his long professional career in Germany at the Stuttgart wholesale market and went on to work as a purchasing manager in various market-leading companies in the food industry.
He first passed this knowledge on to his son Tasso Inderst, later to his daughter and daughter-in-law. Initially, the company mainly traded in conventional, frozen fruit. In line with developments in the market, Friscom has continuously added more organic food from certified cultivation to its product portfolio.
Two Ladies - one mission
With passion und know-how, the two strong women Norma Inderst and Ariane König continue the family business today. They are proud of the reliable network of producers and customs authorities they have built, ensuring seamless service and high quality.
Norma and Ariane rely on their long-standing personal contacts with selected international producers and customers from all over the world. The consolidated and efficient collaboration with suppliers and customers is the FRUITful foundation for the successful work of the Friscom women.
Apple juice-concentrate with certificate
What we are particularly proud of: Friscom is now the largest Italian importer of apple juice concentrate 70 Brix which, as an alternative sweetener, has begun to conquer the food sector. Date syrup is also part of the quality-checked Friscom product range.
